Food in Foil Packets
Foil
Baby potatoes, cut into eight pieces
Sliced onions
Regular meatballs (or vegan)
Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)
Olive oil
Lay the food over the foil and sprinkle/drizzle the olive oil and seasoning over it
Fold the foil over the food into a packet and write names in permanent marker on the foil
Place the packets over hot coals. Use tongs to turn the packets every 5-10 minutes. Cook for 20-30 minutes and check the packets at 20 minutes.
Simple Skewers
Tomatoes, cut into wedges
Bell peppers, cut into strips
Small cheddar cheese squares
Salt
Put the tomatoes, bell peppers, and cheese on a skewer. You can choose the order.
Salt to taste.
Put the skewers in a pan with the ends coming out. Flip the skewers to make sure they don't burn.
Tip: If the tomato skins burn a bit, it is okay.
